  The company is mainly engaged in the research and development of domestically produced cesium optically pumped magnetometers and related products. It is the only enterprise in China capable of mass-producing high-precision cesium optically pumped magnetometers for civilian use. The actual controller of the company is a returned Master of Science from Germany, with over ten years of experience in research and development in the precision instruments industry.

  The products are primarily applied in environmental surveys, marine magnetic data collection, underwater anomaly detection, and other areas, covering both military and civilian fields. Compared with existing cesium optically pumped magnetometer technologies at home and abroad, the company holds technical advantages such as localization, lower cost, superior performance, and faster technical support response time, thereby addressing key pain points in the high-precision magnetic measurement industry. Its technological level has reached international standards and leads domestically.

  The project’s products are already in the market promotion stage, with five patents obtained. Benchmarking against leading international enterprises such as Geometrics, the company demonstrates significant advantages in both price and performance. It has established cooperative relationships with well-known companies including Highlander Digital Technology and China North Industries Group.

  Changzhou Jimeng Technology Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 3.1578 million. The company has received strong support and assistance from the Changzhou municipal government. Since relocating its headquarters from Shanghai to Changzhou, it has secured a total of RMB 5.8 million in government and social financing, as well as more than 500 square meters of R&D and office space.

Milestone

  • Phase 1 (2017–2019): Full integration of imported equipment.
  • Phase 2 (2019–2021): Technical validation and preliminary research with fully domestic equipment. Collaborated with the Ninth Academy of CASC, Peking University, Chengdu Aircraft Industry (Chengfei), Sunward Intelligent, China Shipbuilding 710 Institute, Shanghai Weidao, Beijing Judeng Electronics Institute 12, Chang’an University, etc., to conduct early exploration in the field of cesium optically pumped magnetometers.
  • Phase 3 (From 2021): Based on accumulated knowledge from foreign technologies and domestic research, Jimeng Technology began focusing on nationwide R&D.
  • October 2022 (Shanghai): Achieved a technical breakthrough applied to the three major naval fleets.
  • March 2023 (Shanghai): Completed R&D of the GB882 full system, achieving the first domestic commercialization of cesium optically pumped magnetometers.
  • October 2023: Completed development of GB885.
  • March 2024: Completed China’s first fully domestic high-precision cesium optically pumped magnetic gradiometer.
